1. Agreement

2. Qualification & Available Services

You must be aged 18 or above to place merchandise orders on our platform. Our services cover order processing, product delivery and after‑sales care. You shall submit correct account information and delivery address.

3. Your Account Security

You take full responsibility for your account and all operations under your account. Notify us via service@cufflor.com immediately once you detect unauthorised account access.

4. Order Rules

Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. Order confirmation email will be sent within 72 hours. We hold the right to cancel orders caused by stock shortage or system errors, with full refund issued. Product specifications may be adjusted; please contact us for clarification before checkout.

5. User Behaviour

You may apply for after‑sales support following our Refund Policy and opt‑out of marketing emails. You shall not abuse website functions, post illegal content or manipulate orders. Returned goods must stay in original resell‑able condition.

6. Platform Rights

We can revise these Terms; revisions take effect 7 days after online publication. We may suspend user accounts or cancel orders for rule‑breaking behaviour. We maintain website security, accurate product information and responsive support via service@cufflor.com.

7. Intellectual Property & Liability

All content displayed on this website belongs to us; unauthorised reproduction or usage is forbidden. We shall not be liable for losses brought by force majeure events, third‑party service failures or improper product usage.

8. Applicable Law

These Terms and any supplementary contracts between you and us shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the HongKong.
